A Pineapple A Day ...



Makes Heartburn Go Away."Fresh pineapple (eaten in small amounts) has helped reduce heartburn"...

Entry for all preggy woman... esp aku yang kengkadang merasai heartburn nie :) . Tq to Kak jane for this info... Nanas mengandungi vitamin A dan C(antioksidan), kalsium, fosforus, magnesium, besi, natrium, kalium, dekstrosa, sukrosa, dan enzim bromelain (antiradang, membantu pencernaan dan menghambat pertumbuhan sel kanser)... TAPI jgn mkn banyak2 okay coz nenas ni tajam (pesan org2 tua)... Aku dah try cara nie dan alhamdulillah ok :). So, for those yang merasai heartburn nie leh la cuba makan fresh nanas (sepotong je jgn banyak2 k...) insyaAllah it will help to reduce ur heartburn...

Selain tue, few tips untuk elakkan heartburn:

* jgn makan yang pedas2, chocolate, citrus fruits, coffee n alcohol
* jgn makan terlalu banyak n kunyah makanan perlahan2 b4 telan
* makan 2-3 jam b4 tido (pencernaan yang baik)
* tidur secukupnya
* pakai pakaian yang selesa (dlm perkataan lain tak ketat esp. tang pinggang -seluar)
* minum banyak air / susu ibu mengandung b4 tidur

If none of the above help, talk to your doctor about an over-the-counter antacid that is safe to use during pregnancy...Take a dose at night-time if the heartburn is disturbing your sleep
