Kejang a.k.a muscle cramp a.k.a tarik mengkarung...
happens most of the time @ nite and when morning wake up for solat subuh... thank god the most of the time it happened i had en. hubby to help out and straightened my leg.. adoi.... sakitnye...tapi other lonely nights ??? cry out alone lah babe!!!...to fix that, i have to do regular exercise, mostly stretching and less movement during sleep plus take a calcium tablets as what doctor said...
Nerve pain a.k.a Sciatica... (correct me if wrong term use okay... i have no medic background)...This is the irritating nerve pain that runs from the end of back bone to the bottom of buttock particularly on the right side. So, now cara tidur kena ikut cara website/ buku which is NOT to lie down my back coz it's bad for the back bone and our blood circulation. so i have to mengiring with pillow in between the leg and one bolster behind my back as a support...but somehow i always end up waking up in different position... hahaha... luckily en.hubby is very rajin to help me out with usap2 n urut belakang setiap kali i terjaga n meraung sakit... TQ so much sayang...
