Viva Voce

Alhamdulillah, Syukur Ya Allah I passed my master viva last Monday...

I still can't believe it's over and I can't believe I've come through it... The only words that I can say that "I enjoyed it"...

Yes, in the few weeks before my viva, I'm a bit stressed! my colleagues told me to enjoy it and my supervisor told me just to relax and he urged me to remember that the most questions would be asked was very specific to my Master.... This is an opportunity for me to talk to people who have actually read my master thesis... I smiled doubfully and said I would try to and InsyaAllah everything goes well... Viva gave me butterflies...The viva had been sumthin' I'd tried not to think about during the 3 years of doing my Master...

During the viva session, I enjoyed it... My examiners were very friendly and reassuring... The external examiner, I felt like I knew having read a lot of his papers as a background research for my own... And the internal examiners were nice... They gave a brilliant suggestions and comments  to put in my thesis... And after a while, it did fell more like chit-chat with the people who seemed genuinely interested in my topic hence the external examiner studies a very similar subject area with me...

When the examiners reached the end of their questions and the chairman asked me to leave the room, I was amazed to find that the viva had lasted one and half hours... When they called me back in, I was delighted to find that I passed the viva... The examiners congratulated me with warm smiles... And I thankful them before they leave the room... Yeah, I still can't believe what a positive and enjoyable experience my viva was... Alhamdulillah, thank you Allah :) everything went smoothly...

Credit to my lovely hubby Mr. Sharul Nizam for his sacrifice, understanding and commitment throughout my study and my love son Raes Zafran for making my life more meaningful... 
Not to forget my dear mom Ms. Norainon Arshad and my dear abah Mr. Kemat Adnan, also to my brother Mr. Khairie Kemat and my sis Nurul Hanani thank you for your encouragement, support and do'a for my life...
