As usual mom gave me the task of booking air tickets , surveying on hotels and plan for the trip!...As for now booking updates (done):
- Air Ticket : Air Asia X
- Hotel: Hong Kong Disney Hotel for 1 night

Next, will look for the hotel/apartment around Kowloon or Hong Kong Island area for the other 2 nights and planning the itinerary...
