Kampung en. hubby

Last week, went back to en. Hubby's hometown at Kg. Jeniang, Gurun Kedah... 5 days holiday at kampung (+ saturday & sunday)... Alhamdulillah it was smooth & relaxing travel with great view of paddy field, rubber and oil palm plantation... Lil R well behaved along the journey (mamam, main ipad, tgk dvd & tido)...

We stopped for launch at Gerai Ikan Bawal Kak Mah & Abg Din @ Juru... The gerai was at the end of the road which penghujung kawasan kilang (Juru Autocity)... We still confused the route eventho this were our 2nd time, tu la pasal masa 1st time haritu tak save GPS coordinate, so kena la melilau carik kedai nie... A zinc rooftop gerai which was famous for its fried pomfret aka bawal goreng, curry and sambal belacan... Terangkat beb!...ikan bawal goreng panas yang sangat rangup dan segar... The gerai was crowded esp. during launch hour in working days... So here, i provide the GPS Coordinate: (for u peeps yang otw ke utara n plan nak singgah makan kat kedai nie)

After launch we headed to Kak Naa aka Kak Ngah's house at Taman Ria, Sungai Petani to see her newborn baby girl named Amni Izzati... :) she's so cute! (sorry cik shikin tak sempat nk snap gambar baby amni coz sibuk layan abang raes yang tak duk diam, nanti balik raya cik shikin amik gambar awak ye! and tempek kat blog nie)... then after solat asar we proceed to Jeniang...

Lil R was happy playing with his cousins Maisara, Danial and Adam... throwing the stone, kicking the ball and running around the house.... The most favorite activity was helping Tok Su harvest buah limau bali (sampai menangis nangis tak nak masuk rumah walaupun nak senja...)

Besides, we had celebrate Lil R 2nd and Danial 3rd bday together (in advance) at Kak Long's house @ Taman Berlian, Sungai Petani... Hikhik sementara kitaorg balik kampung nie, the actual birthday date for both of them is on 12 May (same date but in different year)...

All in all, Alhamdulillah we had enjoy the holiday and manage to visit all of en. Hubby's relatives... As long as abang happy, I'm happy too... terubat rindu abang kat kampung halaman kan? :)...as usual, balik kampung ole-ole comfirm penuh boot sampai tak muat-muat... Dulu boot pesona padat, now grandis pun padat jugak dengan guni limau bali, durian belanda, pisang, betik, kuinin... Pekasam, bahulu, pulut kacau aka wajik, cuk peneram aka kuih telinga keling and kerepek... Terbaik dari ladang! Jeniang ;)... c u'all again in this coming raya okay!!!...

Otw back, we stopped at Seberang Perai to buy the famous jeruk called " Jeruk Pak Ali"- jeruk madu tanpa sakarin & tak perit tekak...It was a challenge to find the shop becoz there was no GPS coordinate to refer to and the road was under construction... We just follow the address from the website and using the GPS guide but we didn't find the shop, then struggled again searching the website to find the exact location plus I asked one of the pump attendants and he gave me the direction but still can't find!!! Arghhh kecewa adoiiii dah pusing ghatta (bak kata org kedah) tapi tak jumpe gak....Then we try once again pusing sekitar kwsn tue and finally we found the shop! Yeay, usaha tangga kejayaan...tak sia-sia kan! I dah save GPS coordinate as favorite untuk next time...
