so let's register your baby now. Registration deadline is on the first anniversary of the birth of the applicant...

 

Criteria to apply:

1) Baby born in year 2009 in the state of Selangor 
2) Both the parents of the baby born in Selangor or parents born in Kuala Lumpur before 1st February 1974.
