... Master + Preggie...

Master + Preggie??---As a full time MSc. Agrobiotechnology student and mama-to-be, aku kena cekal n kuat mengharungi hari mendatang esp. masa peknen nie... Alhamdulillah projek master aku pun dah dikatakan lengkap 60%, tinggal another 40% ( 20 % molecular study - RAPD + 20% writing)... Nie merupakan satu kejayaan bagi seorang pelajar master dapat abiskan 100% projek tissue culture dalam 3 semester...(bangga dgn diri sendiri..hehe) TAPI ada few factor yg melambatkan skit kerja aku dlm molecular study nie antaranya:-

1st: Aku yg kemalasan nk buat extraction DNA coz kena guna manual CTAB method (amik mase 1 1/2 hari tu untuk extract maximum 3 sample) *** shake head***.
2nd: Hope that my supervisor allow me to use DNA Extraction Kit (so jimat banyak masa dari 1 1/2 hari jadi 3 jam je untuk 3 sample...but mahal sgt nak beli Kit tue)
3rd: Kerisauan esp. tengah preggie nie ( experiment deal with harmful chemical), hope its not affected my baby inside. May Allah bless us Amin.... My O&G (Dr. Fatimah) said that its safe for me to do my molecular works as long as i wore the mask+lab coat +glove during the experiment.
4th: Kesihatan yang kengkadang melemahkan semangat nak wat experiment (pening/ sakit belakang)--- biasele org berbadan dua.

TAPI..., skang aku dah mula semangat . KENAPA???...last monday, one of my colleague (Iranian) wanna to use my primers for his xperiment n he offers me to use his DNA Extraction Kit (ala-ala sisitem barter gitu). So, harapan aku yang kedua tercapai huhu...extraction leh wat ngan cepat... Factor yang lain tue sebenarnya dpt dielakkan dengan tingkatkan lg kerajinan ( Azam aku tahun 2010 nie --- Lebih Rajin). So, target to finish my master research by this semester InsyaAllah (before May - due date), then lepas nie i just focus on writing, publishing journal n take care of my baby...
