110514 - was my sis's degree convocation day at UITM Lendu, Melaka... it was a hot sunny day! but alhamdulillah everything went well... we're very proud of you sis!... I wish you all the luck for a brighter future with prayers for the best opportunities your way in your career ... :)

::RZ's 4th Birthday at Legoland, Malaysia::

my mom asking us (mE & my sis) where we would like to celebrate RZ's 4th birthday day out on 120514... of all the choices, we choose to go Legoland, becoz we've never been there & were in Melaka on 110514... We stayed at Nusa Jaya Apartment for 2 nights which I booked thru agoda.com... on 120514  morning we headed to Legoland after had our breakfast at Medini Mall, Nusa Jaya... Not so many people queue at the counter bcoz it was a working day-monday, we straightly redeemed our online ticket and managed to get a free entry ticket to the Theme Park for RZ as a birthday gift Yeay! Besides, RZ received a Legoland birthday badge which meant when the staff spotted the badge, they will wish & sing a birthday song to him... We entered the Water Theme Park first then in the afternoon we proceed to the Theme Park... They had so much fun esp RZ at the water park, I can't join them due to preggie so I be as a camerawoman... We had our lunch at Pizza Mania and due to RZ birthday, the restaurant manager gave him a free slice of cake & Lego minifigure as a present... They also sang "Happy Birthday" to him... RZ was so happy!... It was a tiring  day but worthwhile and we had so much fun!!!

Time passes so quickly and I just cannot believe it, my lil RZ's four already.... you're charming, handsome like your babah, a bit stubborn and have an attitude from time to time... but, you are also a smart boy... you've a wild imagination and have a huge heart and a love for life...

Thank you for making my life complete... We (mama & babah) love you with whole our heart and soul, Raes Zafran... We're so, so proud of you boy!... may Allah bless you from the top of your head to the bottom of you feet, amin...

my baby bump!

A little bit about my 2nd pregnancy...

I stated to get pregnancy sickness at week 8 and it lasted around week 15 - mabuk, muntah, headaches etc PLUS I have a super duper active toddler to take care of, RZ... the mood swing attacked too, one minute I was okay then the next minute things really get to me and busy with the work + my PhD preparation & proposal... it just made things even worse for me!

Alhamdulilah the critical period was over and I'm now entering 6 months (week 24) of pregnancy... the baby was active and my bump is getting bigger... In fact, my whole body is growing fast too... I feel so "fat"! arrghh... the little one is moving and kicking more definite and regular than before especially when I'm lying down... About the gender, I went for an ultrasound scan yesterday and  I have a pair, it's a girl! InsyaAllah... and next 3 weeks I will go for the 3D & 4D scan so I can confirm the gender of my second one :)...

Raes Zafran's 3rd Rainbow Party

Hi peeps...

I'm back!!! I know I've been MIA lately...lot and lots of thing to do (yeah I know it's a cliche reason but...) I have been devoting a lot of time to study, applications for my PhD, organizing my family photo books, busy with lil RZ and therefore, I began to neglect my blog... huhuhu sorry for that... 

And today, I wanna to share with you about my little hero, RZ's 3rd bday party... Well this year, we went with a RAINBOW theme... The party was held at Genius Aulad, The Wharf Bandar Tasik Prima during his Pre-Kindy class...  It's just a simple party with five of his friends & teachers... It took some work and planning, but I think I was more excited on decor for the birthday party than en. hubby... and alhamdulillah lil RZ loves it!!! I wanted to try and have as much rainbow-inspired decor as possible so... I designed the penant banners, cupcake toppers, favor tags and bag toppers... Purchased packs of colorful plates, cups and napkins at Parties R Us, helium balloons bouquet from Glowing Party House and the rainbow cake by Anis Bakery... Since the party was at 9.45 am so I just served macaroni cheese, currypuffs, cheese hot dog, cupcakes, popcorns, dutch lady milk and tidbits...

The kids had so much fun and again, I kept it pretty simple party but it was the perfect party for a 3 yrs old... Alhamdulillah :)

Everyone went home with a Rainbow bag with goodies like nips, hero choc cake, color pencil, party mask, coloring paper ,colorful toy and one helium balloon...

Lil RZ's first day of Pre-kindy

Lil RZ had so much fun in his 1st day of Pre-Kindy at Genius Aulad, The Wharf Tasik Prima Puchong... Fyi, Pre-Kindy is a non-academic based program and aims at creating an atmosphere of islamic process of learning thru play, physical, emotional, social,islamic values and intellectual growth of each child... The program is about 2 hrs per week (lesson, snack time break & play time)... Today was more on introduction to the whole pre-kindy program and the orientation for the kids as well as their parents... 

Today, he learned shahadah, recite doa for the parents- before & after eating, about the letter 'A', the art of collage and sing a song of head shoulders knees & toes, baby shark, choo-choo train...Alhamdulillah, he enjoyed... His teachers are very nice and they have a lot of fun things planned for the kids...

makan-makan II Padi House, Galeria PJH & Serai, Shaftsbury Square

Last saturday, we (my family + my sis) went to Putrajaya for evening sight seeing &  to let lil RZ play around at Putrajaya Square (this is Raes's favourite place)... lil RZ loves this place because it  facing the mosque coz he's obsessed with the dome & mosque... almost everyday he'll invite us there ... Furthermore at night a lot of people hang out around and  many sellers selling bubble gun &light  (ball, helicopter, hair band etc)... 

Before that, we had our  late lunch (~3.00 pm) at Padi House, Galeria PjH... The Restaurant ambiance suitable for casual dining with family & friend and for business meeting...

The taste was acceptable and we're happy coz the price was quite   reasonable for most of the dishes...

Next, we proceed to Pullman Lakeside, Putrajaya for sight seeing... At about 5.00 pm we went to Putrajaya Mosque for solat asar and after that we let lil RZ play / run at Putrajaya Square...

After a hard run & chased lil RZ, mE suggested to en. hubby for late tea at Serai new outlet at Cyberjaya -Shaftsbury Square... Glad to know that Serai has opened its doors at Cyberjaya... I love their berry pavlova so much, for mE this is the best pavlova I ever taste!

2 Pavlova , 1 kid meal (Chessy burger & chips), Cafe Latte, Serai Ice Tea Signature drink...

Hiatus = Broken Lappy :(

Again I'm sorry peeps for the hiatus... my lappy has been broken (LCD & keyboard broken done by lil RZ) and now I'm using en. hubby's laptop, so en. hubby use his desktop lorr... I don't want to fix it, maybe buying new laptop is even better, but now I still don't have enough money! Starts saving for macbook!!! huhuhu 

p/s: en. hubby boleh ye macbook?

Lil RZ ~ 30-months-old

Alhamdulillah, today  lil RZ 30-months-old @ 2 1/2 years old... how's time flies, really :D ... look at you now and see a little boy, no longer my little baby!... you've so many more words than you did when you started speech and really hard work to get us to understand what you have to say... you love outdoors - kicking a  ball & play golf... you like music, dance and xylophone... you're a hugger and kisser to mE (mama) and babah... 

We're working hard to better your sharing  skill and want you to succeed in your life... So, today we've enrolled you in PRE-KINDY Program at Genius Aulad, Taman Tasik Prima Puchong... The program will start in February next year... 

We love you very mucchhh darling!!!
